Prototyping hell. You gave the idea, you got it designed and printed and when received, you realised that a change needs to be made. Then be told that the change will be charged at a new design’s price. We don’t do that. Small changes might be free or an honest price will be given for the additional work only. Prototyping takes many iterations at time’s; we understand that and want to support you in that.
The Hobbyist. You might need a part for your telescope, your drone, some props for your train set town… But you cannot find the replacement part, it doesn’t exist yet, original is too expensive or the wait and cost from overseas is just plain silly.
